1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and irm1 ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the irm1 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, games and all other services we provide.

Continued use of this platform following any update to the terms constitutes implied consent to the amended conditions. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain aware of the latest applicable terms.

irm1 operates under an international licence and complies with all licensing requirements set by the relevant regulatory body. This platform is designed for use by eligible individuals only.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the irm1 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Hold a valid identity card (MyKad) or verifiable identity document
• Not appear on any list of individuals monitored or prohibited from gambling activities
• Be acting on your own behalf and not on the instruction or behalf of any third party
• Ensure your activities do not violate the laws applicable in your place of residence

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and account termination without prior notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. irm1 reserves the right to request supporting document verification at any time for the purposes of identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

3 Account Management

Your irm1 account is personal and may not be transferred, shared or sold to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must keep your username and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the irm1 support team immediately via live chat or email.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong password that is different from your other accounts
• Log out of your account when using a shared device
• Review your transaction history regularly to detect any unusual activity

irm1 is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your own account information.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposit transactions on the irm1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20.

Accepted payment methods for deposits include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• FPX Online Banking (Malaysian local banks)
• Boost eWallet
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

irm1 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges which are beyond our control. All deposits will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all payment methods. Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved, subject to applicable verification and conditions.

For a withdrawal request to be processed, your account must:

• Have completed the identity verification (KYC) process
• Meet all wagering requirements associated with bonuses received
• Have no ongoing investigations or holds
• Submit a payment method that is the same as or equivalent to the original deposit method

irm1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain limit or are deemed to require further review, in line with our AML compliance requirements.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

irm1 offers various promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% first deposit bonus up to RM888. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Sample wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200

7 Game Rules

All games available on the irm1 platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, 4D lottery and boxing betting — operate according to the respective rules set by the relevant game providers.

Game results are final and cannot be disputed once confirmed by the system. irm1 is not responsible for any technical disruptions caused by network issues on the user's end.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases of verified technical failure.
• Winnings resulting from software or technical errors will be voided.
• Any attempt to manipulate games using automated software, bots or other methods is strictly prohibited.

8 Responsible Gambling

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons, your account balance after settlement of all outstanding matters will be returned to you. However, if termination occurs due to a breach of these terms, irm1 reserves the right to forfeit all balances associated with fraudulent activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

The irm1 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, irm1 disclaims all liability for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors or unexpected downtime
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity you conduct on our platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses under any circumstances

irm1's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Amendments to Terms
